In October 2005 Geheber Lewis & Associates, an 18 year old Atlanta based architectural design firm with concentrated experience in residential, mixed use, and retail plus other property types, merged into NELSON. NELSON has grown and evolved since its inception in 1977 and is considered an industry leader in developing its Integrated Services Solutions model, which entails providing expertise in multiple disciplines to its client base.

Contractor

Since the Company founders started Summit Contractors Group, Inc. in 1989, Summit has completed over 200 residential developments totaling over 38,000 residences. Construction components include poured in-place concrete, structured steel frame, tunnel form, masonry, and wood frame under various forms of delivery systems. Summit builds mid-rise, high-rise, and garden style multi-family rental units and condominiums. For over 23 years, Singhofen & Associates, Inc. (SAI) has been addressing the most critical elements of land development engineering. SAI has extensive experience designing and permitting the civil infrastructure for residential, commercial, and public projects. The firm is responsible for the civil design of the 1,600-acre Town Center at Palm Coast Master Development Plan, as well as a number of other projects in Palm Coast and across the Central Florida area.
